Pick a time that works for you. The first session is fifty minutes, online or in person, and there is nothing to prepare beforehand.
Before you book
You do not need a referral, a diagnosis, or a tidy explanation of the problem. Turning up is enough.
For online sessions you will receive a video link by email. Find a room where you can speak without being overheard, and have headphones if you can.
If you need to change the appointment, use the link in your confirmation email, or send a WhatsApp message at least a day ahead.
